Dear Delegates - (Registered delegates of Workshop)
The workshop will be held at the Biomedical Technology Wing (BMT Wing - Combination Devices Block) of Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology (SCTIMST), Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram on December 11, 2024.
The program starts at 9:00 am. The registration will start at 8:00 am.
Biomedical Technology Wing (SCTIMST) is around 5 km from the Trivandrum Central Railway Station / Central Bus Station (KSRTC) / Conference Venue, on Poojappura Jn to Mudavanmughal Road. You will easily get an autorickshaw or taxi to Poojappura.

Guidelines for POSTER Presenters
The poster presentation session will be on the 2nd day (13-12-2024 Friday) afternoon. Delegates can paste the posters after the lunch.
- Posters must not exceed the following dimensions (A0 size): 85 cm (width) x 120 cm (height) and must be printed by the presenter. This is the size of the poster boards. Posters should fit within this board
- Each poster should include the Title (preferably at the top), as well as the Names and Affiliations of the authors.
- Posters will be displayed from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM on the designated day.
- Each poster board will be identified with a presentation number as on the list in the program book.
- The winners of the Best Poster Presentation will be announced during the closing ceremony on Saturday, December 14th, at 5:00 PM.
