How to reach Thiruvananthapuram
One can reach Thiruvananthapuram by Air, Train and Road. The city has its own international airport which is well-connected with different cities across the globe. The airport has direct flights to major Indian cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Cochin and Bangalore as well as direct flights from Singapore, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Middle East cities. Once you reach, you can hire a taxi/cab which will drive you to your Conference Hotel which is only 6 Kms from the Airport.

The City Bus Station of Trivandrum is situated right next to the Railway Station and the Conference venue. There are regular buses to nearby cities like Cochin, Bangalore, Madurai, Coimbatore and Chennai. KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) provides excellent bus services including premium luxury Garuda services, sleeper, air-conditioned, executive, deluxe and many others to choose from.

Effective from November 27, 2013 the T-VoA enabled with ETA will allow tourists to apply and pay the fee for the visa online, without having to travel to the Indian missions in their home countries. Applicants who are approved will receive the official travel authorization via email and only need to present a printed copy of this to the immigration authorities upon their arrival in India.
